Very bad and unreliable service

Planet 42 is the worst ever. My contract was involuntary terminated because they could not fix the car, but they didn't clear my account with credit bureau. I even paid the amount they wanted . Nadine From planet42 send me confirmation letter that states my account is paid up but when i send email to ask why my name is still showing Planet 42 they say i owe them. please people don't do business with them.
