Is it fair to pay something that is not on your position for 5 months? Yesterday was 5 months I m paying this vehicle still in body shop no one cares they are the planet 42 is first to debit on my account

Last week I wrote here in hellopeter they promised to call me even now I didn’t get phone call to them When I call insurance the lady name Lindie told me she is not working at the body shop I must call body shop hence bodyshop is not answering calls so I don’t know who will help me I never skip even am single month always pay on time
