Update my information I’m no longer owing you

I paid my account through BNI attorneys and it’s been a month you don’t want to update my information on TransUnion. Now I’m stucked because of this company I regret buying that unroadworth car from car connection. My contact number *** my id ***

I spoke with Azree but boom today I received an email saying I’m owing you. I’m no longer owing you just update my credit profile. I even sent the proof of payment that I received from BNI or now I have to take this issue to NCR because you are failing to communicate around your company
