Unsetisfied

I have being waiting for my refund of my deposit since they reversed the car deal is being two months getting promises that they will pay my money back. Right now when I do follow up Planet42 says Black Tip auto is the one who support to refund me. When I ask Black Tip Auto is telling me about Planet42 is the one who supposed to pay me back. Right now am confused, right now what I want to know is one thing should I forget about getting or not because what I get is dead end on this.
