Unprofessional to say the least!!!!!!!

I returned my vehicle at the end of November 2022 and Planet42 assured me that the car will be removed from my name within 21 working days. Today is the 17th of January 2023 and it's still not removed from my name. I am unable to obtain my other vehicles' registration disc's due to this. Its a constant back and forth with emails and no one can provide me with straight answers. Unprofessional to say the least!!!!!!! Quick to rent you a car by that is where it stops.
