Unhelpful and rude
I've been with planet 42 for 23 months, In those 23 months I've made one payment arrangement and paid it off religiously, now I'm having a gearbox problem with my car and have taken it to my mechanic who is RMI registered as it states in their contract i have to take it to RMI registered workshops for repairs etc, they've quoted me 6000, my rental is 8283, I do not have 14k to pay In one month, I've explained my situation to them and they refuse to help me although I am a good payer, very disappointed
