Unhappy Ending

At the beginning of my relationship with Planet42 I was impressed. I had been declined by the banks and Planet42 stepped in and gave me the car I wanted a week later. I was happy. Until I got into an accident and the car was written off. Planet42 advised that once my excess was settled I could apply for another vehicle. So I did just that, paid the excess in full and got a settlement letter from them. Then I app**** for another vehicle ..... declined, please try again in 2 months. WHAT????? Anyways, this morning I was shocked to discover that my bank account had been debited by Planet42 for my installment amount!!! I will NEVER deal with this company again.
