Unhappy Customer from day2
Planet42 will be the reason I have my blood levels high, since January when I took a car from them that was faulty and stayed with the mechanics for two months. In those two months I battled to receive help with calls I made and emails sent to which I was told management is dealing with it. Eventually after two months the car was fixed and repairs paid for but for some odd reason I’m in arrears for those two months the car was with the mechanic. Can someone explain to me once again what is “RENT TO BUY” if I’m liable for rent for a car I didn’t have for the time in question? Yooo Planet42 headache

I want to warn everyone about a company called Planet42. They are running a **** under the guise of a "rent to buy" scheme. They promise you can return the car in six months if your circumstances change, with no liability. However, when you try to return the car after six months, they suddenly bring up clauses in the contract that say you owe them for seven more months. Additionally, their cars are often not roadworthy, and they fail to keep their promises. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Please be cautious and do not fall for their tricks-
