Unhappy customer

Beware good people this company is really a ****, the car was delivered to me on the 7th February 2024. After 60km of driving it started showing the engine light and overheating and the key panel to open the bonnet also fell off. I called the towing company and we had no place to take the car to and they ended towing the car to their yard, the car stayed there unattended for 5 days. Then it was taken to the workshop for repairs on the 6th day and I was advised by the guys in the workshop that they cannot do anything since lots of things are broken on the car and they want it removed from their workshop as they don't have space. Now no one is picking up their calls and now I am the one calling every day and there is no assistance. They will expect me to pay for the car I've never had and they keep on saying they are escalating and even the sales person is not even picking their phones. You are only good when you have not signed anything and once you sign you become unpopular and not getting any service.
