unhappy client

From being very happy to being frustrated i got a car from them December 2023 at the beginning of the agreement i was promised that i can use the car for the 1st six months pay an installment of R8500 then on the seventh month reduced it to something i can afford but now the guy who sold me the Toyota etios i try call him avoids my calls when i finally got through to the office spoke to some lady who basically told theres no such thing of decreasing my instalments im stuck with that amount

i mean the deal sounded so great to me pay this huge amount only for the first 6 months then i can restructure the installments and change to a car i want because they work with other dealerships if i see a car i want they will buy it for me and if it happens that i wanna return their car they take it back i wont be liable to pay any shortfall nor will i be taken to! he creadit bureau

But now none of that was real and my six months is ending in May
