Unhappy

I have been trying to get through to Planet42 dealer assist to help sort the payment to the dealership to take delivery of the car. I am on hold waiting for someone to answer gor over 30min multiple times.

The time I did get through they said they will phone the dealership and phone me back, I still haven't heard back from them.
