Unfair Treatment and Poor Service

The service we get from Planet42 is very poor, i cant even recommend anyone to do business with them. I have been trying to communicate with them but they just dont care about what their customers go through. Again the fee that we pay with ACCESS FEE due to accident, which you call LICENSE FEE? Do we need Code EC to operate a Sedan?
