Unavailanle new license disc

I've been experiencing a good service. However recently I've a challenge of receiving a feedback on the new license disc..I'm currently driving a car without plate number & the temporary one expired & even the grace period of 21 days. It's really frustrating when you can't speak to someone & you get referred to different WhatsApp numbers worse by automated replies. I've been given warnings by the traffic cops & I'll have to pay fines if they're issued as the company will stand by their policy clause.. it's really frustrating what's happening. I hope it'll be resolve but I don't know by whom & when..
