Unauthorized debit order by planet 42

I rented a car with a car with planet 42 from day one the gave me problems, only to found out the car was not inspected and when they finally inspected it, it was taken for 10 days for repair and when I wanted to canceal zi was threatened that I will pay 6 installment.

After 6 months I returned. Yjo it was not easy. They did not want to take their car. I paif the one month penalty and was given a letter confirming settlement.

I received a call from one of their agent demanding payment and I told her I returned the car long time ago and she did not know that only to found out the system was not updated and she promise to update it.

Today I woke up with planet 42 debit order, they stole my money from my bank account and when I tried to reverse it I was told that it was lock. I been sending planet 42 email to return my money so that I can psy my obligations but they are ignoring.

I want my money. I have bills to pay.
