This is shocking

Planet42 keeps on going to my account and deduct money without my concern

I'm from the bank and this is what Planet42 does in your bank account. When you stop the debit they change their serial number to go through your account without your consent and retrieve the money

I returned the car in September to Planet 42 my reason for returning the car was my contract at work was about to be terminated at the end of September to my surprise they still debit at my bank account and they pretend to call because the phone rings ones and then they send a message of payment arrangement while the car is with them..
