They owe me a credit of R3081 for 2 months now

They owe me a credit of R3081 for 2 months now. And don't want to pay it. Everytime I call them they come of stories. They were supposed to pay me within 7 to 14 days from the 24 April 2026, but nothing up to so far. Everyday I called I talk to someone else and always comes with new stories that they don't have my emails or they have technical issues.
