they don’t care about their customers after sales

I’m patiently waiting for your call back since one of your consultant told me that she will speak with the management they never called. I so wish I can end this six months period so that you can collect your car I’m tired it’s been only two months of having this car. Why are you selling cars that are having faults. I also don’t even this the so called tracker is working it’s been two weeks now I removed the terminal for battery they never called so why I’m being charged amount for tracker ?
