They do not care!
I lost my job due to retrenchment in December . I have been trying to return the vehicle since 14Dec 2022. I immediately notified Planet42 thereof via email, whatsapp, messages on their website and still 3 months later no one has gotten back to me. The car is still with me, I cannot get hold of anyone ! Since I have been able to attain alternative employment. However now I only make R12 000.00 per month in salary and the vehicles installment is R8 556.00 per month. Leaving me with R3500.00 for rent and food. Please Please someone help ME!!
