Here we go yet again, more than two months after the dealer received the non compliant car; two months after receiving Planet 42's email saying I must ignore their "follow up" on a car that I never had the joy to drive. Being harassed in this way has to be the most insidious violation of my rights!

I JUST SENT YOU THE 100TH EMAIL ABOUT THE SAME THING! I HAVE BEEN GETTING MIXED MESSAGES - TELLING ME TO IGNORE THE HARRASSING CALLS! EXACTLY WHY AM I BEING HARRASSED FOR YOUR SHODDY PROCESSES?!
