Terrible Service and rude unprofessional service agents!

I have rented a vehicle from Planet 42 since October 2023 and have recently managed to obtain bank finance again for another car, as the Planet 42 monthly rental subscription is excessively high and could I therefore not afford it anymore. I have therefore decided to request cancellation of my Planet 42 Rental Agreement and monthly debit order and to arrange the return of the rental vehicle and to do it in the correct way via email correspondence and telephonic communication. Needless to say, that after numerous emails I have still not received ANY response from Planet 42 whatsoever! It is as if they are just ignoring my emails, which is totally unacceptable! I have phoned their offices 4 times already after during which their so-called "service specialists" were either rude or totally unhelpful and unprofessional, and even hung up while I was still talking to them on 3 occasions! This is not only totally unprofessional, but totally unacceptable and a disgrace! Shame on you Planet 42, as I expected more from you! I will not recommend this company to anyone, and is considering obtaining legal assistance to assist me to resolve this problem.
