Termination SMS

This morning I received a sms stating that today I'll receive a termination letter via email for a missed payment in February 2023. I have sent numerous emails and whatsapps and no acknowledgements. I have received alot of missed calls from you guys but I was unable to answer those calls because I was in meeting and training and at the end of the day there is no contact number to call back that number goes to voicemail.
