Struggling to cancel debit order for returned vehicle

Numerous emails to cancel debit order as we have returned the car. Yet again no reply... same as last time which was dragged out by 3 weeks so they could ***** another payment and get a cancellation fees. If you phone they tell you to email but don't reply. And stop order is still active.
