Planet 42 now you disappointed me i was starting to believe in you guys but you fail mail with your insurance. They towed the car on the 07th June 2024 and nothing was communicated with me regarding the status of the car. i have to call the garage to find out the condition or real problem for the car. I garage inform me that they send the quote to the insurance and still waiting for feedback. Yesterday i did make a call to the insurance and they told me the y send someone to do the investigation which means they dont trust or they dispute the quote, until now i dont have the respond. My problem is i need the feedback so that i can plan accordingly for transport. My daughter is at initiation school and i need to travel the distance from Gauteng to Limpopo every weekend. If i dont have the car how will i travel. Please guys make a plan I'm begging you and is not nice to read the bad review related to your business.
