STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT TO BE FINALISED!

Our application went quickly and smoothly. Our experience at the dealership was fantastic. Our application was approved - 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting for the payment to be finalised so we can take delivery of our vehicle. We've reached out to Planet42 on both Whatsapp and the Customer care line. No response to messages and the customer care agent just says the query has been sent to the accounts department where they will get back to us. We are still waiting for the call back. All we want to know is how much longer do we have to wait? And why is there such a delay?!
