Still Waiting for my Refund Planet42

So after posting my first review, I get a response from The Manager saying that my refund would be done within 72 hours on Monday, I am still waiting... Then some random email comes through saying that they "will see" when it's done... utterly disgraceful. Guys, I am earnestly requesting that you do not use this Planet42 and rather take your hard earned money elsewhere.
