*****sters taking double payment from my account!!

They debit your account twice in one month without justification or permission. The so-called WhatsApp line for help is never answered or responded back on. No emails are rep**** to. Who the hell can afford to pay 2 debit orders in one month without warning of nay sorts. And bare in mind I am NOT behind on payments, all debit orders are done successfully at month end as agreed in my contract.. but nowhere on God's green earth have I given permission nor were asked that they 11 days after my month end debit order debit my account AGAIN!! This is *****, right! That's *****ing a whole month's payment from my account without my permission. Had I fallen behind sure thing but I am paid to date with no outstanding or overdue amounts.this is taking my food money from my table!!!
