STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst company you can deal with in terms of rent to own vehicles.
They do not have direct line for calling them to speak to a consultant directly. Refer to rental contract, only email address provided and PO Box Address. They only respond to emails which benefits them.
18 Jan 2023 11h54am I enquired about the buyout option for the vehicle I have been renting from them and notifying them about a change of financial position, they responded on the 19th January 2023 9h28pm with banking details to deposit the money into. On the 22th February 2023 I sent a confirmation email which they responded to within hours, 23rd February 2023 10h23am I sent an email notifying them of the payment and they responded back by 11h50 telling me payment was received, however, I need to send them documents to process the change of ownership etc. 24th February 2023 11h58am I sent through ALL the required information on the same email thread. From there they never responded again. I sent an email on 1st March 2023 17h51pm to follow up. No response. I sent another email 9th March 2023 10h11am to follow up, only to get a response 10 March 2023 15h29pm saying they have not received proof of residence. I rep**** by 15h58pm with a new proof of address and outlined the timelines and sequence of events also referring back to previous emails with all relevant documents I have already submitted and have proof of submission. On the 13th March 2023 at 14h45 I received an email, stating, exactly with the same wording and grammer, showing it was copied and pasted, that they have not received my proof and address to process change of ownership. All communications I have proof of with exact times etc.
You might think you receiving a good service now, but wait untill you wanto cancel your contract or buyout the vehicle then you will see the true colors of this company.
I will not respond further via email and I will make sure that this review is posted on every single platform of social media so that everyone knows what type of company planet42 is.
