Stay away from Planet 42 at Tokyo drift motor group

I bought a car previously from Tokyo Drift autos through Planet 42 as the financier. The first sale went through smoothly. Then I had an accident and the car was a write off. I have been trying for 6 weeks now to finalise the purchase of a replacement vehicle, but the manger at Tokyo who deals with PLanet 42, keeps on coming with delays blaming Planet 42, Meanwhile, Planet 42 is phoning me to find out what is taking so long as they are waiting on documentation from the dealership which is not forthcoming. Efforts to get hold of the general manger keeps getting blocked at every turn. I have tried send messages on FB messenger, sending emails and when I finally tracked down her number, her phone stays on voicemail. Even the landline seem to be out of order. I have been without transport for nearly 2 months now and I work on farms where public transport is impossible. It is costing me about R1500 per week to get to my work and then I still have to sleep on the floor of my office. I am almost 60 years old. I honestly do not know who is lying, the manager at Tokyo Drift or PLanet 42, but am strongly leaning towards Tokyo Drift as the manger keeps contradicting himself and back pedaling when I point out these contradictions. PLease assist
