I've tried on numerous times to change the car I'm contracted with without success. I'm fully aware that Planet 42 is not a dealer and doesn't stock cars, however the dealer is it cooperating in this regard. I was referred to a person called Minnette from Rieckhoff Retail. I sent numerous messages which have all so far not been rep****. WhatsApp messages were read but not rep****. Calls not picked up. The vehicle I'm currently contracted with was just a compromise vehicle since the one I chose was sold minutes before I arrived at the dealer to sign documents and pick it up. I have on numerous occasions requested Planet 42 to increase finance in order for me to obtain a more valuable and better vehicle. I'm have said I'm prepared and can afford up to a ceiling of 6 to 7 thousand monthly repayments.
