Shocking service, ***** dealers and a real horrible experience

Absolutely the worst. After months of ***** dealers and various excuses why every decent car I was interested in was "just sold" I was called to take a vehicle on a test drive. Lots was not working and I was promised it would all be addressed. Weeks later I visited them in person as I was given one lie after the next. We saw the pink slip of all points where the vehicle failed roadworthy and were assured the mechanic was not in but it will all be resolved... went to collect the car after a month and it still had a strange sound that I even listed on the contract as a concern. Salesman tells me oh all 4x4 sounds like that 🤣 lo and behold no one knows how the car passed roadworthy the supposed windscreen replacement, as listed! Was only repair of the chip and crack that magically showed up the first time the car was standing in the full sun on a hot day. Changed the debit order date followed all their rules because they stuffed up yet midnight on the 24th they try put a debit order through...my salary pays in the 1st?! Still 2 years later I get snotty messages that I am seriously in arrears because they are to lazy to follow through on their own procedures. Almost everything in that vehicle is failing one after another because it was never corrected before I collected the vehicle, the normal sounding noise was an aircon pulley bearing that burst 7 at night on the highway, it was only masked to pull the whool over my eyes, and the insurance and warranty does not cover for any of it, somehow they magically got out of that. Lots of promises to resolve things with no diligence, no commitment and not a care in the world, oh and the stick standard we tried to call you but could not reach you nonsense as a reply to majority of Reviews that does not give them 5 stars. Planet 42 you suck, your service is atrocious and your inability to resolve issues is not actually shocking just disappointing when you consider how much you make off the monthly payments per vehicle considering what an installment would be through a bank and what you charge.... that is a lot of money you rake in from the desperation of people that probably really fell on hard times due to no deliberate fault of their own!
