Shocking service
This is my 3rd bad experience for the same car issue. Apart from poor customer service and not being transparent in their dealings with me, the car I am renting has not been thoroughly safety checked. In my attempt to sort it, I have been repeatedly accused of shouting, which I was not. Infact I had to ask the consultant why he is shouting at me. I have been told I am not being compensated in any way by the company (I am paying R7k per month for this rental) and arrogantly asked if I want to cancel - that will probably cost me another R7k The contract is not even a month old

26 Oct 2023, 14:02Apparently the contract was cancelled on my behalf with no communication or remote attempt to resolve the issue - the vehicle was collected on the pretense that they will send it to the mechanic and look at the engin lights that went on and I received an email that my "application was denied" - when I enquired, I was told the contract was cancelled and when I asked to speak to management, I was cut of. WOW
