Shocking service

Over a month ago, I did a review on Hellopeter regarding shocking service, to a vehicle I gave back that was still on my name and outstanding license fees , the fees are holding my license disc on my new vehicle.. they phoned me after I put this on hellopeter saying it will be sorted out within a week.. yesterday I went to get my disc, and was told the the vehicle is still on my name and I had to pay over R1200 to sort out

Please advise guys what I sould do...you can't even get these guys on the phone
