Shocking after service from Planet 42

Very Disappointing. The deal went very well, and service was excellent until I retuned the vehicle at the agreed termination contract. The vehicle still shows on my credit report, saying I ow over 70k, when you contact them on the group, they say the vehicle is settled and they will rectify the credit report, 6 months later and nothing furthermore went to renew my car license, with surprise they was money owing for license fees of the vehicle I gave back (still on my name) Now they reply to my messages and emails.
