I was a previous customer and had an unfortunate incident where the vehicle was ******, yet despite this, Planet42 was understanding, guiding me through the processes, and once everything was settled, they approved me for another vehicle. So far in all my dealings, I have not had any issues on small and large incidents. So yes I have already and will recommend them to friends and family who are looking for similar services.
