Repairs

I've been calling Planet42 almost everyday to get the update about my car which was towed to some workshop in Midrand and even worse I haven't receive any phone call from the workshop. Yesterday I personally called the workshop and I was told that the repairs will only be done in January and yet Planet42, insurance and workshop no is bothering to contact me. Again I called Planet42 and spoke to Azraa and promised to give me the feedback and yet I'm still waiting for her phone call.
