Rent to buy but no vechile

I trade in my old vehicle for n new one,when I heard I was approved by planet 42. Biggest mistake...I got my new wheels in December 2023. I never had the car for a full month since then because the vehicle was faulty. It was agreed I don't have to pay until my car is fixed. Which is ok but I don't have a car. The insurance paid but the car doesn't get fixed and now there's a possibility of them not fixing the car at all. This is so sad because I can't get n new car,they are not doing new rentals. I'm carless and have to get a deposit for n new vechile. This is such n long sad story and I see /noticed I'm not the only one. I didn't get n loan car and this whole process with planet 42 has left me in the dark.
