Refund disagreement
We bought a car on the 18th of May the car broke down end of May we took it back and it stay for over a month, we took it back they still deducted the money, the car was with us fir 2 weeks and we took it back in June and it came back it July. We took it back on the 29th of July amd it stayed for 6weeks now they don't want to refund me half of the money since we didn't use the car for 6/7 weeks.yo its gell.im thinking of taking the complaint to ombudsman since they are toying with us
