Poor service, no communication and breaking of contract stipulations

Never ever deal with these people. Contract states you can give notice at any time after the initial period. We gave notice 28 November 2025 and asked them to collect car immediatly or advise where car can be returned. Paid for December 2025 on the 28th of November as our “penalty fee”. Today is the 8th of December. We phoned and they said we should wait for someone to answer our mail and we will have to pay a penalty which we already did. We send various emails and send them a Letter of Demand instructing them that we will not be paying another cent. Up until today it is absolute silence from them. Planet42 just know that we will be taking legal action. The vehicle has not been driven since the 28th Of November waiting on your instructions to return the vehicle. You will not be taking advantage of us. We have acted as per your contract stipulations which you are breaking. And also know that we will seek legal advice with cost order against you. We will also be reporting you to every regulatory authority to which you belong.
