Poor service

I bought a car December now it's April the car broke down and they are not helping me at all they told me I had warranty and I contacted the motorvaps warranty and they told me my car is covered for 12montly suddenly they can help me because my car is over 300km. Now the car is stacked at the workshop and they are not helping me at all
