Poor service

Very poor service I left a car at Mercedes benz Nelspruit they never came, back to me I sent them serval emails telling them that I lost my job I can't pay for the car, anymore they never replyed now they blocked me since I got a job they never came back to me it was very very poor and unprofessional they they never called me to ask my problems and stuff
