Poor service and communication

I am very disappointed with planet 42 on the 1st of April 2025 the debited the monthly instalment on my account. I was surprised to receive the message that says TEBOGO, your PLANET42 payment was reversed. Your account is overdue, and immediate payment is required. Legal action may follow without notice. *** / *** - Planet42

Really i don't know what is happening and i also try to call the finance department and i have to hold the line for 20 minutes before i drop the call.
