Poor service
Planet 42 service providers are failing to deliver. Insure africa warranty service is poor, I have logged a claim for repairs and the claim was authorized on the 16/08/2022 but still payment not received. I was forced to pay for the repairs since the insurance (insure africa) was delaying and they promised to refund me, even today I have not received my money, whenever I call in they giving me excuses or request me to hold until they drop the phone on my ear.

Please be advised that in regards to the refund this needs to be taken up with Insure Africa. We do apologize for the delay that was caused however they authorized the claim and stated that they would refund you. We unfortunately cannot get involved in the arrangement you had made with them.
