Poor Service

I took a car from Planet42 in August 2021 and in August 2026 was supposed to be my last month but because i was behind with payments due to financial difficulties. i emailed them requesting a payment arrangement and no one responded. I then followed up twice, then i decided to email Thandeka Ngcobo and explain my situation and that i managed to pay R1500.00 this months and ask for a payment arrangement plan. she email me back and inform me that my *** has been sent to repo agents or i must pay *** in full or my car will be reposessed. No phone calls from them or even a date to say we expect payment by this day, month etc. This is poor service. Now i can even get hold of them. Can someone please contact me urgent
