Thank you for taking our call.
As discussed telephonically, We are unable to pick up any emails or messages from you that we have not responded to.
On the 1st of February you wanted to cancel the agreement and we advised you of the penalty.
On the 3rd of February you stated you wanted to proceed and we responded with the cancellation requirements.
We had not received a response from you and followed up with you in this regard on the 16th of February 2023.
On the 17th you responded and we asked you for the requirements again.
To date we did not receive any of the requirements from you.
We will be sending you an email with the requirements and if you could please provide us with these requiremenst for us to process the cancellation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
