poor service

I had my car with with no issues for 1 year.

I got the car with no service history only one lib service done and that was the proof of service history I received from the Dealer. Had a breakdown and this is where the issues started. No proof of insurance or warranty ? I made alot of calls, left messages and was still not assisted, Numerous calls emails with no one to call me back after 2 weeks.....Im still waiting. I was told the enquiry has been escalated ,,, everyday drama...I decises to cancell the debit order, with in a day I was called for the outstanding amount and still wiyh no can. Can you please sort this out.
