Poor service

I am presently in a vehicle agreement with Plannet42, a rent-to-own company. Unfortunately, the car overheated, and they took it to their workshop without disclosing its name, which they only provided after some insistence. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance over the past month, I haven't received any substantial help from them. This situation poses significant challenges for me as I work 30 km away and rely on public transportation, leading to delays. I suggested that they provide a replacement car due to the prolonged repair time, but they maintain that canceling the contract would incur expenses.
