Poor customer service and deliberately ignoring of customers

This company don't even deserve a star at all. Once you start business with them you invite a whole lot of problems. My name was listed on ITC for a vehicle that never operated at all and they only interested in money and not customers. Got an email that was supposed to have an attachment with settlement letter but there was none. One cannot even purchase anything because of Planet42 pathetic customer service and their agents won't even respond to your emails.

Be warned good people this company is really a **** and you invite even more problems to your life by trying to do business with them.
