I have returned the car to the dealership as per instructions from planet42 on 30 October 2023 there was no further updates except calls demanding payment for a car I don’t have. I wrote a cancellation letter and they never responded to it. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use planet42 what a mistake I will live to regret
