Plante42 customer service - No roadside assist.

On the 26th of April the rental car from Planet42 failed to startup. I then called their CLC roadside assist for a jump start as stated on my policy. The call centre operator I spoke to told me that I'm not covered even though my policy state that I can contact *** for roadside or mechanical breakdown. Funny part is I have used this service before and I was assisted without any issues. She then proceeded that it was a ****ch from their side and planet42 does not provide this service. This is far the worst company I have dealt with.
