Planet42 wants R47k for a car I had for two weeks

I app**** for a car through Planet42 in February and it was approved. 28 February I received the car, signed the contract, I was not given a chance to read it and since I requested the contract to mailed to me it wasn't... Within a week the car could not start I called them (dealership) they said to call Planet42 assist, they will organise tow company. Indeed the following day they came to tow it. When they arrived at the dealership they pumped against the tree, according to them. They didn't inform me about that, when I came to fetch the car I noticed that the car is no longer the same, it was resprayed almost the whole left hand side with scratch on the front and back bumper.

Then I've decided I am not taking the car since it is damaged. Either they give me another one or I cancelled the contract. They refused, I left the car. Since then I've been communication with Planet42 telling I don't want the car and I'm not going to pay for the resprayed car for 5 years as if I'm the one who damaged it. I requested them to cancel and remove my name from credit profile. They refused and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee of R47k for a car that I didn't own even two weeks and it was not my fault that they damaged the car. The saleslady made me sign the contract without reading it and promised me to send it via my email, to this day I didn't receive it.

I am here to warn everyone to stay away from Planet42 and their so called approved dealership. Either their instalment is ridiculous or you will get bad service.

Please advise me on what to do because my profile will tarnished by these ******. I have all the emails to them and the email from the dealership where they acknowledge they pumped the car.
